Can't wait to read this one .Jacob @ Drying Inkhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15785597421453495071noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5242061598427361321.post-13014515975753840592011-10-01T13:46:44.668+02:002011-10-01T13:46:44.668+02:00Thanks! When I read your review of Among Thieves, it did make me think of this series so I think I get your meaning there.

Also, I'm terribly glad not to have been the only one feeling "bleh" about Croy. Frankly, if he'd died I couldn't have cared less. No, wait - I'd have cared, because then he'd never learn of his best friend going off with his lady, and the face he should make must be priceless!

I understand why you'd like the dwarves, though. They are original! I think you'll like to discover more about their past and situation. One thing's for sure: this time around, there's a reason for the legendary enmity between them and elves!

Do they mention elves much in #1? I'd love hear your thoughts on them!

Thanks a lot for stopping by and commenting! I'm glad you enjoyed the review :)Ron C. I'm looking forward to this one, though I agree with you: Croy wasn't exactly my favourite character, and was - let's be honest - a little dull. :P I lived the dwarves in #1, and I'm looking forward to learning more of the backstory - nice review!Jacob @ Drying Inkhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15785597421453495071noreply@blogger.com
